Nollywood Actor Yul Edochie To Run For President In 2019 Elections

Actor Yul Edochie has declared his intention to run for President in the 2019 general elections in Nigeria.

In November 2017, the Nollywood actor lost out to Willie Obiano of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in his bid to become governor of Anambra State. The son of veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, polled 145 votes as Democratic Peoples Congress (DPC) candidate in the election.
Yul EdochieYul Edochie is back in the political race, and this time he’s willing to compete with President Muhammadu Buhari and other candidates for the 2019 Presidential election.
The actor announced via Twitter: “Today (April 23) I declare my interest to run for President of the greatest country in the world, Nigeria. A blessed country that’s been crippled by decades of bad leadership. Enough is Enough.”
Yul who’s representing APGA in the forthcoming elections, is counting on Nigerians to stand with him and his party to bring the problems of the country to the “last bus stop.”
