Sir Alex Ferguson Is Awake After His Successful Brain Surgery

An air of joy filled the football atmosphere in England as Sir Alex Ferguson woke up after spending over 3-days in the intensive care unit.
Sir Alex was rushed to the hospital after suffering a brain haermorrage on Saturday. He had to undergo an immediate brain surgery to save his life.
According to Daily Mail, the 76-year-old football veteran is out of a coma, and has started speaking with his close friends and relatives.
Daily Mail cited friends of the football veteran who confirmed that he has been ‘sitting up talking and asking about his results’ with the medical staff in the intensive care unit just two days after his emergency surgery. However, Sir Alex is still in the intensive care unit at Salford Royal Hospital, where he has been surrounded by his family, and there has been rumors that it will be a slow road to full recovery.
