Should The Anglican Church Be Supporting Homosexuality?

The New Zealand Anglican Church’s move to allow priests officiate same-sex marriages literally triggered a chain of reactions in the global christian community will definitely redefine the belief, practice and perception of millions of Christians towards the ever-trending same sex marriage topic.

The Church’s decision to vote in favor of allowing priests officiate and bless gay civil marriages or civil unions as long as it is not conducted in the church, created a massive dichotomy between the lifestyle of Anglican priests in the church and their way of life outside the church.

The clergymen are clearly drawing a line between the demand, belief and practices within the four-walls of the church and the standard of life they are to conform with when they find themselves outside the church. Their actions literally attacked the hundreds of verses in the central constitution of Christianity – The Bible – clearly stating that Christians are not to even think of such topics (homosexuality) in their hearts.
Truly we live in a free world, where literally anything and everything is acceptable, but we are literally attacking the foundations of Christianity – which has always urged believers not to conform themselves to the standard of the world – by deciding to drag an act that vehemently riots against the will of God into the faith.

Despite their decision to keep the same-sex marriages outside the church, the Anglican priests have tuned down the reality that their personality literally represents the church in anywhere they find themselves. The same-sex community have continually flourished by living their lives in the general environment, but taking matters into the Anglican church goes a long way in abusing the beliefs of Christianity.
Though hundreds of Pentecostal gay pastors and priests have upheld the same-sex marriage topic, taking the matter into the coffers of the Anglican church literally puts an ageless religious tradition and belief in jeopardy.
