The blockbuster Copa del Rey clash between Valencia and Barcelona violently outlived the rectangular pitch on Thursday night, as a group of Valencia fans attacked the Barcelona team bus with stones and bottles.
The action packed nightmare started when the bus began the short return journey to Barcelona. Footage posted on Twitter shows a group of Valencia fans throwing stones and bottles at the bus continuously, before one strike eventually shattered the glass of the coach’s window.

Luckily, No one was injured in the attack. Though, several reports indicate that Gerard Pique and Samuel Umtiti were singled out by the supporters. The team bus required police escort before they could pave their way out of the city.
Barcelona sealed their spot in the Copa Del Rey final courtesy of goals from Philippe Coutinho and Ivan Rakitic, where they will face Sevilla in April.
