“Let’s Make This Fight Happen, Stop Lying To The People”…Deontay Wilder Calls Out  Anthony Joshua

Heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has wasted little time in responding to Anthony Joshua’s win over Joseph Parker. The American holds the WBC world heavyweight world title – the final one Joshua needs to complete his collection and become unified champion.Wilder had been due to be ringside in Cardiff but stayed at home when he was told he would not be able to enter the ring for a face-off. But he was quick to call out Joshua following his unanimous points win.Wilder said: “He knows it, no matter what they say. You can’t bulls*** the public, I want the fight, let’s make it happen. Stop bulls******* the fans. I want that smoke, you said if I want it, the fans want it, you want it. You said if I want that work, I can get that work. Well, Joshua, I’ve been clocked in, I’m well overtime baby. Let’s make this fight happen, stop lying to the people. It’s easy, it’s a simple fight to make, let’s make it happen.”Photo Credit: Getty
