Folarin Alakija, the son of Nigeria’s richest woman tied the knot with his Iranian model girlfriend Nazanin Jafarian Ghaissarifar in a lavish ceremony at Oxfordshire’s Blenheim Palace. The venue, which is the ancestral home of Sir Winston Churchill, was adorned with one million roses, a 12ft-tall cake and star-studded guests, including Victoria’s Secret Angel, Shanina Shaik.
After enjoying the feast, guests were entertained with a surprise performance from Blurred Lines singer Robin Thicke. The evening ended in an awe-inspiring firework display in the hotel grounds. Folarin is an entrepreneur, investor and cinematographer, while his new wife Nazanin studied Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Manchester.
