Christina Aguilera serenaded audience at the 2017 AMAs with her touching tribute to Whitney Houston. This year marked the 25th anniversary of the debut of Houston’s film The Bodyguard.
kicking off with “I Will Always Love You” before moving on to hits including “I Have Nothing” and “Run to You” while images from The Bodyguard played in the background.
After her performance, Aguilera thanked both the A.M.A.s and Houston’s family on social media “for making a little girl’s dream come true.”
